Transitional Housing - Providing Stability

A stable place to live is one of the most important foundations for a successful re-entry. Without it, finding and keeping a job, staying connected to supportive services, and maintaining progress becomes nearly impossible. Our Transitional Housing Program provides safe, structured, and supportive housing for men returning from incarceration — giving them the time and space they need to rebuild.

We own and operate two residential facilities — Grace Manor in Georgetown and our men’s house in Millsboro — offering an average 6–9 month stay. With the ongoing housing shortage, some residents remain longer to ensure they have secure options when they move on. Each home is a place of dignity, designed to blend into the neighborhood and provide a real sense of belonging.

Wraparound Support

Housing is just the beginning. Residents work directly with dedicated case managers who help create individualized plans for success, while on-site house managers keep daily life running smoothly. We connect residents with workforce readiness programs, clinical care, and other re-entry services to ensure every area of their life is supported.

An Open Door for All

We are the only provider in our two-county area accepting re-entrants regardless of the nature of their charges. We believe that every person — regardless of past charges — deserves the opportunity to live in stability, access support, and move forward.
