Executive Director
As the Executive Director, responsible for the operations of The Way Home. Under her leadership, responsible for writing two Federal Second Chance Act Grants; acquired and maintains two transitional houses; expanded evidence based programming to include workforce development, employment services, housing services, job-readiness modules, and behavioral -cognitive treatment; introduced assessments as critical tools to measure criminogenic risk factors; and served on several state-wide committees focused on reentry reform.
