  • Designs and implements training curricula covering job readiness, life skills, and leadership development for justice-involved individuals.
  • Coordinates efforts with partnerships with local employers, educators, and community organizations to secure employment and educational opportunities for participants.
  • Monitor program outcomes through regular reporting, data tracking, and evaluation to ensure compliance with funding and grant requirements.
