Trauma Specialist Case Manger

Certified to complete LSCMI ASSESSMENT. Develops Case Management Plans, Inventory Forms, and ROI’S with the clients, transports clients to appts as needed, group facilitator in prison setting when needed, make referrals for clients who have special needs for mental health and medical needs. Also referrals are made internally as well as externally. Promotes problem-solving and decision-making skills to effectively avoid conflict.

    • Graduated from the Delaware Opportunity Industrial to obtain GED.
    • Delaware Technical Community College in Dover, DE, an A.A.S Degree in Criminal Justice.
    • Graduated from Wilmington College with a Bachelor’s Degree in Criminal Justice.
    • Yearly training to gain updated knowledge of what I specialized in. 

  • Work and Volunteer Experience

    Marketing, CEO of Lady Cleaning business, dealt with families at risk, drug/alcohol counseling, worked with first-time mothers, experience with working in the prison system, group facilitating in other companies with whom I worked for, individual counseling, taught preschoolers, health aide, speech pathologist aide, prep adults for obtaining their GED, community service worker (working with the Delaware State Trooper), mentoring, supervisor experience, trained new employees, close relationship with collaterals associated with my clients, Employment Specialist for Easter Seals for the disabled.
